1. How do I sign up for Fee Guard?
Simply click on the "Enroll Now" tab or call and speak with one of our friendly representatives at 1 (800) 862-0718.

2. How long does it take to receive protection reimbursement?
Protection requests generally take 3-6 weeks to process.

3. What kind of documentation do you require to process a protection request?
Along with our form, we typically require a copy of the statement showing the fee charged.

4. Do you cover any other types of fees?
We will be rolling out a number of new products in the near future and we are always looking for other ways to meet our customers needs.

5. How long do I have to wait to make a protection reimbursement request?
As long as your account is active and you've exceeded the 60 day initiation period requirement then you can make a refund request (other conditions may apply).

6. How do I pay for Fee Guard?
We automatically debit or charge the monthly service charge from/to the account you have on our file.

7. Will I receive a monthly statement?
Since the automatic monthly debit/credit doesn't change and in an effort to reduce waste, we do not send out monthly statements; however, you can find answers to many of your questions on our website.

8. How do I make a protection request?
To make a protection request, all you need to do is to call 1 (800) 862-0718 and speak with one of our knowledgeable representatives.
