Terms & Conditions
When you respond to this coverage offer from Fee Guard, Inc. (“Fee Guard, Inc.,” “Protection,” “Fee Guard,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following:
- You authorize us to obtain any information, credit or otherwise, that we deem necessary to complete the processing of your request.
- If you are approved, you agree to abide by the conditions set forth in this agreement along with any additional terms we provide and you agree to keep Fee Guard for at least one year from date approved.
- You authorize us, to debit your checking for the monthly service charge and/or credit your account.
- Claims and disputes are subject to our arbitration.
- Your information may be used for purposes other than providing Fee Guard, unless you write us requesting otherwise. Initial claim may only be made after Fee Guard is in effect for a time period of no less than 60 days and fee(s) acquired within that time period are not protected. Any covered account must be open and enrolled with Fee Guard. Fee Guard does not cover any fee(s) service charge will be deducted through an
auto debit from the deposit account you choose or charged to a credit card. If you close/cancel Fee Guard at anytime after the first business day of the month, you will not receive a credit, refund or any other type of compensation for that month’s monthly protection charge or any portion thereof; prorated or otherwise. At our discretion, claim(s) will be paid by check or direct deposit into the valid, open checking account used for auto debit of monthly charge. Checking account must be in good standing and covered credit card(s) must be current to receive any protection proceeds. Protection must be in force for any claim to be paid. If initial checking account or qualifying replacement account is closed prior to one year from the date Fee Guard is originally opened, you agree to repay any claim proceed(s) paid to you, along with any unpaid premium(s) for the remainder of the one year period. A claim generally takes 3-6 weeks for processing. Claims may be processed by mail, phone or on-line and may require documentation. Any documentation required to complete the processing of your protection request must be received within 30 days of your protection submission. You may cancel Fee Guard at anytime after your one year commitment has elapsed. If you cancel Fee Guard prior to the end of the one year agreement you may be billed for the total remaining unpaid month(s) of your term multiplied by the protection charge associated with the protection you chose or we may debit or charge your account for this amount. A maximum of three individual protection requests per year may be made and any request may not exceed $300.00. In no case, incidental or otherwise, will Fee Guard’s total liability exceed the collective $900. annual limit of your protection. Fee Guard reserves the right to change terms and conditions.

- File cabinets, credenzas and desks are always securely locked.
In an effort to provide you with additional products and services and increase marketing opportunities, as legally permitted, we may share information about you from time to time with other companies. And in the event that any third party vendors are involved, they are required to agree to use any information provided only as expressly agreed.
